We stumbled on an old, old red truck in the middle of a field on the way to the park. About twenty or so feet from the truck was an old "CAT" construction vehicle. I think it was a digger claw. We got out of my friend's car and took pictures. One of which was of me, leaning against that old rusted red truck.
Here recently I drove out past that field. It's been cleaned up since then. The CAT's gone. The truck is too. I got out of my car and wandered around the field. I couldn't remember the exact placement. I couldn't remember where I stood, or where my good friend took their pictures. Time's a funny thing. I miss that truck.
